1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns and offer refunds or replacements only under the following conditions:
You received a damaged, spoiled, or expired product.
You received the wrong item (not what you ordered).
The product has a quality issue that makes it unsuitable for consumption or use.
To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on:
Perishable goods that were correctly delivered and not damaged
Opened or used products (unless spoiled)
Items returned beyond the 48-hour window
Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery

If your refund is approved, it will be processed using your original payment method (e.g., mobile money, bank transfer), or issued as store credit upon request.
Refunds are typically processed within 5β7 business days.
Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our side.
5. Replacements
If you prefer a replacement product instead of a refund, weβll deliver it at no extra cost, depending on stock availability.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once the product is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible. To cancel, contact us immediately via phone or email.
