If your refund is approved, it will be processed using your original payment method (e.g., mobile money, bank transfer), or issued as store credit upon request.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our side.

5. Replacements

If you prefer a replacement product instead of a refund, we’ll deliver it at no extra cost, depending on stock availability.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once the product is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible. To cancel, contact us immediately via phone or email.
