We are located at Lilelelo UCZ Complex along Mongu–Lusaka Road in Mongu, Zambia. We serve customers across Zambia and are expanding to neighboring countries like Namibia, Angola, and the DRC.

Do you deliver food products nationwide?

Yes! We deliver across Zambia through our reliable logistics partners. Delivery fees and timelines may vary depending on your location and order size. You can also arrange pickups directly from our Mongu location.

What types of products do you sell?

We specialize in locally sourced and processed food products, including dried cassava, soya chunks, eggs, dried vegetables, rice, beans, sugar, groundnuts, kapenta, and livestock feed (e.g., maize bran, soya cake).

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged, expired, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos to sales@bahesufoods.com or WhatsApp. We’ll either replace the product or issue a refund.
