  • Bahesu Foods reserves the right to reject or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or product unavailability.

4. Delivery and Shipping

  • We deliver across Zambia and may deliver to neighboring countries upon request.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, product availability, and weather or logistical challenges.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Failed deliveries due to incorrect details may result in additional charges.

5. Returns and Refunds

We strive to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by calling or emailing us.

  • We may request photo evidence or a return of the product before issuing a refund or replacement.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit.

Please note: We do not accept returns for perishable goods unless they are delivered damaged or faulty.
